The best times to visit Sapporo is during the Sapporo Snow Festival where many art statues are built on site, the Yosakoi Soran Festival where many dancers dance to their music, and the Sapporo Summer Festival where beer gardens are filled with beer enthusiasts and tourists just having a good time.
