The national carrier of Qatar, Qatar Airways runs a hub and spoke network that connects to over 80 international destinations from its main base at Doha International Airport. Qatar is one of the fastest growing airlines and operates a fleet of 84 aircraft. It has a five star airline status from Skytrax, which makes it one of the four airlines to be awarded this status.

Qatar Airways offers First, Business and Economy class. At its hub at Doha International Airport, Business class and First class passengers can use the Premium Terminal, which offers duty free shopping, Jacuzzi, restaurant and business facilities. First class passengers will enjoy seats with massage functions and more legroom than business and economy class. First class cabin seats also fold into flat beds. Qatar Airways provides services across North America, Europe, Africa, Indian Subcontinent, Far East, Central Asia, Middle East and Oceania. However, the airline does not go to New Zealand, instead the route from New Zealand to Bangkok, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Osaka and Kuala Lumpur is serviced by Air New Zealand, Malaysian Airlines and Thai Airways. Qatar operates regular flights from Doha to Ho Chi Minh City (nonstop), New York (nonstop), Bahrain, Chennai (nonstop), Bali (nonstop), Madrid, Lagos (nonstop), Istanbul, and Stockhom.
