Jetstar Airways formerly Impulse Airlines, is an Australian value-based airline that operates from its main hub at Melbourne Airport and has a wide domestic network as well as international and regional services. Jetstar Airways other hubs include Brisbane Airport, Sydney Airport, and Gold Coast Airport, and it is also a subsidiary of Qantas. The airline uses a fleet of 48 wide body and narrow aircraft.

Jetstar offers a two-class travel service on all international flights while all domestic flights only offer single class service. Jetstar's StarClass cabin features leather premium class seats that are equivalent to the Premium Economy Class seats on Qantas. These passengers will be provided with in-flight entertainment, meals, beverages and access to the International Qantas Club. Economy Class passengers are required to buy on board or prepaid food and beverages.

Jetstar frequent flyer programme is called Qantas Frequent Flyer. With this programme passengers who travel on either JetFlex tickets or in StarClass can earn points on their Qantas Frequent Flyer programme. However, you will have to contact the airline to know about any conditions that may apply. All Jetstar's Star Class passengers will have full access to Qantas Club lounges or access to one of the airline's affiliate business lounge.

The airline flies to Auckland (Auckland International Airport), Christchurch (Christchurch International Airport), Queenstown (Queenstown International Airport) and Wellington (Wellington International Airport), the Gold Coast, Hawaii, Honolulu, Maroochydore, Launceston, Perth and Melbourne.
