Etihad Airways is based at Abu Dhabi Airport and is the National Carrier of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The airline operates to over 60 destinations across Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Central Asia, Middle East, North America, Europe, Far East and Oceania. Etihad Airways fleet consists of 54 aircraft and the airline is a member of the Arab Carriers Organization. The four star Etihad Airways is the fastest growing airline and has won New Airline of the Year Award in 2007, 2006 and 2005.

The airline offers three travel cabins Coral (Economy), Pearl (Business) and Diamond Zone (First). Diamond Zone Suites feature seats that have a pneumatic lumbar support, built-in massage, recline into 6ft 8in flat beds and rotate 180 degrees. Other features of this cabin include six-way movement headrest, shells for privacy, a mini-bar, coatroom, a reading light, a fold-and-swivel meal table, 23 inch LCD monitors and a desk lamp. Pearl Business Class features seats that recline into flat beds, in-flight telephone and 15 inch LCD screens. Coral Class feature seat with headrests, lumbar support and footrests, in addition to this Coral passenger will receive complimentary beverages and meals and 10.4 inch personal entertainment. Pearl Business Class and Diamond Zone passengers will get full access to Etihad's and its partners airport lounges.

Etihad Guest is Etihad Airways' frequent flyer loyalty programme. Etihad Guest is a three tier programme and the levels include Etihad Guest, Etihad Guest Silver and Etihad Guest Gold membership. The programme's benefits include a discount web shop for members and reward points flexibility. Members can earn points by travelling with Etihad Airways and its partners.

Etihad Airways has code-share agreements with several airlines including Philippine Airlines, Qantas, American Airlines, Jet Airways, Cyprus Airways and Bangkok Airways. Etihad fly's to 42 countries with some of its main destinations including Cairo, Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Amman, Bahrain, London, Paris, Brussels, Delhi, Dhaka, Dublin and Sydney.
